All prices on this site are quoted in pounds sterling and do not include postage and packing.  Payments are only accepted in pounds sterling.

RowCo reserve the right to change our prices at any time

RowCo is not registered for VAT.

All card payments are processed through a secure payment gateway operated by Paypal. This ensures that all payment details are kept safe and we do not see your credit card details.
If you prefer to pay by cheque then contact us and your goods will be sent out on receipt of your cheque.


When an item is out of stock we will always advise you, by telephone or email.

Shipping Information

UK delivery + charges:
Orders are despatched using Standard Royal Mail First Class post and are usually delivered in 4-6 working days. 
But if an item is out of stock it may take a little longer. UK delivery charge:  £3.50

Overseas delivery and charges
Orders are sent by airmail.
Orders to the EU: £6.00
Orders to rest of world: £9.00


Cancelling/Amending Order Information

Cancelling an order
Prior to the despatch of your order, you may cancel your order at any time by contacting us by telephone.  If your order has already been sent, you may return your order in accordance with our returns policy.  We do not accept cancellation requests via email


Amending an order
Unfortunately when an order has been placed it is not possible to change or amend any details.  Contact us by telephone and we may be able to cancel the order and replace it for you.

Returns/Exchange Policy

If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, please return it to us for an exchange or refund within 14 days, along with a copy of your original invoice.  We exchange or refund any unworn and unwashed items in a saleable condition.  This returns policy does not affect your statutory rights.

All refunds will be credited back to the original payment type.  Any shipping and handling fees that were paid are non-refundable.

In the event that your product is lost or damaged in transit, please contact us in writing.  If you receive a damaged package from us then please note this on the delivery note.
